The MOB welcomes Unlock Studio and Yujcharon for a special yoga class for moms.
1 hour of yoga on the beat for pregnant women and new mothers with Yujcharon, certified pre/postnatal yoga teacher and Mélanie Mestre, founder of Unlock Studio.
On the program: a sensory lesson on hip hop and electro sounds by candlelight for a real letting go.
Price: €20 per lesson
Mats and equipment provided.
