Our organic pizzeria in Lyon has a secret: its dough. Our pizza dough is made with exceptional flour from a small family mill in the mountains of Italy. Grown at an altitude of over 1500 meters, this wheat with its unique properties is ground using a natural stone, without being overheated. This is the secret behind our pizzas, which are as tasty as they are easy to digest.

A meeting place in Lyon Confluence, where you can come with friends, for after-work or for the MOB program. Enjoy a drink at the counter in the restaurant, or on the rooftop in fine weather. You'll discover local beers and a full range of organic beverages, campaigning alongside us for sustainable catering.

To be quite honest, we'd love to just serve fresh bread and jam, as we do at home, but the majority prevail. So on the organic breakfast buffet: coffee, tea, eggs (hopefully from the henhouse), cheese, muesli and granola sit alongside fresh seasonal fruit. Organic breakfast open to all, served between 7am and 10am. Price: €19, €8 for under-12s (free for under-5s).

On sunny days, we meet on our rooftop. We meet up to share pizza, planks and other pickled vegetables with friends, or for an after-work party overlooking the Saône. On the menu: wine, beer, organic cocktails and aperitifs... Lounge atmosphere and conviviality.
