MOB HOTEL Bordeaux, Quais de Brazza, 2027In 2027, MOB HOTEL will be opening its doors in Bordeaux. The location chosen is the Quais de Brazza area opposite the Cité du Vin and near the Darwin (Caserne Niel) site.
The Soferti Hall, an emblem of the neighbourhood, is being restored. Once a former fertilizer warehouse, MOB is rehabilitating and decontaminating the site around its majestic wooden framework. Here, the rooms are designed for optimal sleep, using natural and locally sourced materials. The organic cosmetics are produced locally in Gradignan. MOB blends seamlessly into its local environment, offering guests and neighbours family vegetable gardens and a diverse cultural program rooted in culture, agriculture, social ecology, and civic exchange.
A privately owned space serving the public good, committed through, among other things, an organic-certified restaurant and bar, as well as eco-designed spaces. Here, indoor and outdoor living flow naturally into one another through a play of open perspectives and light-filled spaces. A 20-meter heated outdoor pool, terrace, and wild garden transform the exterior into a living space to be enjoyed throughout the seasons.
