The MOB welcomes Yoga Flow Club for a family yoga discovery class. Because yoga is fun, soothing and suitable for all ages.
Kelly will guide you in this practice: gentle movements, massages and slow breathing promote relaxation and connection between the child and the parents, for a timeless moment.
