Méditation du lundi
Through breathing and relaxation exercises, this practice will allow everyone to free their minds to find a state of balance. It can be beneficial to learn to manage emotions and let go. A break to relax and unwind.
The goal is to make meditation accessible to all.
Appointment every Monday at lunch time, for two sessions of 30 minutes, one at 12:15 and the second at 13h. A moment of well-being that allows you to take time for yourself, where you only have to be guided by the practitioner. You will be able to resume the course of your day by having full of positive energy. Ideal to start your week.
