In a place with a warm, culinary and polycultural atmosphere, WAKE YOUR 4 SENSES in a workshop around some sweets with essential oils:
- Introduction to essential oils and precautions for use
- TOUCH AND ODORAT: Therapeutic and energetic properties of the essential oils used in the composition of pastries and which are related to our moods and emotions. Experiment with an olfactory meditation to refocus, reconnect to our source, and do yourself good.
- VIEW AND TASTE: The use of Essential Oils in the kitchen and tasting pastries with essential oils
