About MOB
The militant story of MOB began in 2011 in Brooklyn, on Atlantic Avenue. The project of the very first MOB, then a restaurant, consisted of a Vegan food for Carnivores credo: to show that it's possible to enjoy eating vegan. At the helm of a visionary project for its time were Cyril Aouizerate and the late Alain Senderens, working with New York State farmers. The place quickly became a rallying point for neighbors, artists, farmers and optimists. The movement grew and naturally took root in the Paris flea market, then in Lyon Confluence with the MOB HOTEL of the people.
