Sophro-relaxation is a kind of relaxation based on sophrology techniques. Sophro-relaxation is particularly adapted for fighting against daily stress and for any person who would like to reconnect to his body or simply to know himself better. It is a soft technique, adapted to everybody, that allows you to relieve physical and mental tensions. Each session includes breathing times, soft moves, physical relaxation, positive visualizations to recharge oneself and bring back confidence.

Mindfulness
Take a time for yourself, reconnect with yourself and the environment, live the present moment, through a mindfulness meditation session. For a moment, observe with your eyes closed, what happens in you (breathing, body sensations, your thoughts, your emotions) and around you. The goal, to simply feel what is happening, without judgment, without waiting, improve your well-being by being present in your life.
