1. Ensure that 95% of our suppliers have signed our Code of Conduct, reinforcing our commitment to ethical sourcing, fair labor practices and environmental responsibility throughout our supply chain.
2. We will continue to use natural, local and heat-regulating materials (terracotta, clay, wood, straw, concrete, ceramics) in our designs and handmade products for future openings.
3. The roofs of our future hotels will be covered with photovoltaic panels unless equiped with urban gardens for the enjoyment and use of local families.
4. Obtain HQE and Passiv Hauss certification for our future hotels.
5. Become a « Mission Company », aligning our purpose with social and environmental objectives, and making a legal commitment to prioritize social and environmental impact alongside financial objectives.
6. Establish an employee CSR committee to facilitate active participation and collaboration in driving sustainability initiatives within MOB and to foster an organizational culture of co-creation and collaboration.
7. Provide all employees with comprehensive sustainability and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training to enable them to integrate sustainable practices into their daily work and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
