MOB Hotel

Once a month, the MOB's organic Italian canteen, Karlito, and its executive chef Paolo Sari will honor a region of Italy. In October, we treat ourselves to a getaway to Tuscany.

We will taste a menu in 3 acts:

Gnudi with butter, spinach, ricotta and parmesan

Biscetta à la Florentine: rib of beef with rosemary and fleur de sel, potato and arugula

Biscotti Senesi: assortment of biscuits
