TUESDAYS FROM SEPTEMBER 5


7:15-8:15 p.m.: Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic yoga that tones the body thanks to sequences of postures punctuated by breathing and whose transitions are carried out with fluidity.

Throughout the session, attention is paid to the breath, postural alignment and self-awareness. This practice will bring you strength, flexibility, concentration but also relaxation and inner calm.


8:30-9:30 p.m.: Yin Yang Yoga
Influenced by traditional Chinese medicine, Yin yoga is a very slow and deep yoga, allowing you to release pressure to relax in depth. In Yin Yoga, postures are passive (unlike dynamic yogas).
The physical objective is to reach the deep tissues of the body such as joints, fascias, tendons, ligaments. On the energy side, it participates in the unblocking of areas tense by a physical, affective or emotional injury and allows a free flow of energy in the body.


SATURDAYS FROM SEPTEMBER 8


9am-10am: Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic yoga that tones the body thanks to sequences of postures punctuated by breathing and whose transitions are carried out with fluidity.
