The class begins with Yang, a muscular and energetic practice inspired by the Warrior Flow, a cardio based yoga practice that facilitates the elimination of toxins through the breath and fluid movements. The remainder of class focuses on softer and passive postures, a combination of Hatha followed by Yin. Hatha refocuses the mind and rejuvenates the body and Yin is a quiet, inward practice that uses long, passive holds to get into the deep connective tissues. The combination of Yang and Yin in the yoga practice is an absolutely beautiful way to eliminate stress and tension in the body and mind. All levels are welcome.
