Rustam Ospanoff is not only a record digger and DJ. He is also the Producer and Creative Director of the most important underground music festival in Central Asia called “Jazzystan”. He has produced 25 Festival events over 8 years in Kazakhstan. Now, he resides in New York City, DJing and booking talent for his new music festival.
