· 7:15 p.m.-8:15 p.m.: Vinyasa yoga

· 8:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.: Yin Yang Yoga
Influenced by traditional Chinese medicine, Yin yoga is a very slow and deep yoga, allowing you to release pressure to relax deeply.
· 9 a.m.-10 a.m.: Vinyasa yoga
