HONORING THE EARTH, LIVING LIFE, FOR AN EVERYDAY ECOLOGY
For many years Cyril Aouizerate, founder of MOB HOTEL, has been developing his places from the angle of social ecology and culture.
On the occasion of Earth Day, April 22, MOB is planning a committed and festive program around everyday ecology, over 4 days.
There are, among other things, conversations, workshops, large popular open-air markets, live performances, workshops...
To start the weekend in style, MOB awards the Novel of Ecology prize and awards its working vegetable gardens to great Parisians.
From April 20 to 23, 2023 at the MOB Hotel Paris les Puces, 6 rue Gambetta, St Ouen
ON THE PROGRAM
Thursday April 20 at 6 p.m.:
• Presentation of the Ecological Novel Prize with the Ecological Factory, Lucile, Schmid, Alexis Jenni and Jacques Tassin.
Friday April 21 at 6 p.m.:
• Allocation of vegetable gardens to neighbours.
Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 April from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.:
• Large plant market with the fabulous Plant & Stories plant truck.
Punctuated by terrarium and cuttings workshops.
• As well as a large open-air vintage & designer market in the MOB garden, with Crush ON.
Locker room with a sharp selection of real deals for women and men.
Saturday April 22:
• Jewelry upcycling workshop from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. with R/ Upcycling by Relais-Emmaüs.
• Embroidery workshop with Keur from 11am to 1.30pm.
• Fresco climate workshop from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. for 10 people.
• Discussion about responsible fashion at 4:30 p.m. moderated by Séga Kanouté with Marché Noir and Casa93.
• Live by Manast LL' at 9 p.m.
• Party at Rosa Bonheur des Buttes Chaumont, from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., with a multitude of
workshops around the Earth, discovery, plants...
Sunday April 23:
• Casserole workshop at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., to introduce children to the MOB chicken coop,
then a creative chicken egg customization workshop.
• Conference: "Ecology & democracy: a matter of youth?" from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. by La Fabrique Écologique accompanied by Géraud Guibert, its President, and Raphaël Ventre, environmental activist.
