One Saturday per month, we invite you to come and unwind for the afternoon with Zen Escapes. These wellness escapes are the perfect excuse to chill after a long week ! What you can expect : a yoga class followed by a workshop, whose theme changes every month (could be around yoga, ayurveda, essential oils...), over tea. If you want to continue to relax after that, you can treat yourself to a drink at the Mob Hotel's bar !
