YOGA FOR KIDS
Built around the game, the yoga session is divided into 3 parts :
- body warming and checking the emotions of each children;
- practicing yoga poses around a story to build or games;
- calm time and stories.
During the session, the breathing is omnipresent and accompanies the little yogis in their practice.
A playful and dynamic session during which children discover yoga postures and become aware of the body and his breathing.
Caroline was trained by Ulrika Deze in the Yogamini method, she graduated 200 hours in Vinyasa by Gérard Arnaud and in Restorative Yoga by Audrey Favreau,
Caroline takes inspiration from all of her methods she learned and from her mother’s sensibility in order to design yoga sessions where laughter and creativity are mixed with practice.
3/6 years courses on Sunday from 10h15 to 11h15
12 euros per session
Minimum: 5 children
Maximum: 10 children
Prefer a soft outfit that in not too tight for the belly. Yoga is practiced barefoot. Yoga mat are provided.
