The MOB Hotel and Domitille from Serial Yogger will introduce you to the practice of "Badass Pilates", a mix of pilates, fitness and dance to let off steam and sculpt while having fun.
For this class, no need to have any notion of dance or yoga. Domitille will take you through a crazy playlist where the sequences, the flows, are repeated several times.
A sparkling and sharp teacher, Domitille will take you far in this workshop! Trained in hip-hop, she is certified in pilates and pilates fusion.
Her workshop is open to everyone.
