To start our June 21 Rooftop Party with the Infrason collective, we invited Aurélie from Golden Yoga for a Fusion Flow from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. .
In this Fusion Flow, we will integrate strength, flexibility, dynamism, in music, on our mat. It's a yoga session for everyone that lets you explore.
Meditation in movement, the Fusion Flow incorporates sequences of posture, but also elements of animal flow, balances, dance.
On this Fête de la Musique, we celebrate the summer solstice on our carpet, moving to the rhythm of the DJ and abandoning ourselves to the choreography of the flow.
